Coronal Mass Ejection
Catalog: M2M_CATALOG
Start Time: 2026-08-08T08:15Z ( GOES: CCOR-1 )
All Detecting Spacecrafts:
GOES: CCOR-1
STEREO A: SECCHI/COR2
Activity ID: 2026-08-08T08:15:00-CME-001 (version 2)
Source Location: S17W65
Note Keyword:
DFL: Likely deflection of the event within the FOV
FOV: Front Bright front; may be evidence of pileup
GAP: Data gap
Ha: Bright emission (likely H-alpha emission)
HAL: Halo CME
OFL: Outflowing material at the back of the CME
PRM: Prominence material (filamentary structures)
Source Signature Keyword:
DFLR: Double ribbon flare
PEA: Post eruption arcade
FIL: Filament eruption
OFL: Moving/Opening field lines
BR: Brightening
DIM: Dimming
Morphology Keyword:
FS: Flux Rope and Shock Candidate
Note: Filament eruption CME observed to the SW in GOES CCOR-1 and as a SE halo in STEREO A COR2. Not observed in real-time in SOHO LASCO C2/C3 due to DSN gap starting 2026-08-08T05:00Z. The source is a long-spanning filament eruption from the SW disk, with eastward deflection observed best from STEREO A's perspective. The eruption starts around 2026-08-08T05:37Z, observed in SDO AIA 171/193/211/304 and STEREO A EUVI 195/304 as filament ejecta, double ribbon flare and brightening, field line movement, minimal dimming, and a post-eruptive arcade. The eruption spans approximately ~S20W40 to ~S15W90 (centered S17W65).

Prime?"primary flag" which is either True or False. If there are multiple CME analysis entries for a single CME, this flag would indicate which analysis is considered most accurate per measurement type. This is a helpful flag if you would like to download only one most accurate CME analysis per CME per Measurement Type
